Which of the following OC cities is it easiest to get a renter for the single-family home I plan on buying after real estate pulls back some more in price?:
Irvine, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, and Rancho Santa Margarita. What are the rental vacancies for these cities?

There is a demand for rentals in all those areas. Generally speaking when the market is a buyers market the rental market goes up in rents as the demand is strong. I get many request for rentals close to Mission Viejo High as it is a good school and closer to the fwy. Plus buying in Mission Viejo and Lake Forest you generally don't have mello roos and only a 1% tax rate some assocation for condo's and newer homes but not all tracks have assocation which helps landlords breakeven.
There are some excellent possiblities on the market currently, should you need any help locating a good rental send me a note direct and best of luck!
