Well, the high priced belt of Inland NOC includes Brea, North Fullerton, Yorba Linda and Anaheim Hills. Home prices will be similar. Anaheim Hills has more large gated estates which makes it seem exclusive. Yorba Linda has large estates as well but Yorba Linda tends to be a little more "laid back."

Right now excellent deals can be found in each city respective of what one is looking for. Single family detached homes are considerable bargains. Relatively speaking. Placentia is an alternative to these cities. Generally, home prices are lower with a similar quality of life.

Another good place to try is La Habra, a lot like Placentia.

Default Thanks for your help

Hubby is most likely going to work in Costa Mesa area where I am, so we are now looking at Aliso Viejo.
