My wife and I went to Benji's for Passover dinner this year, and it was "ok", nothing special.

Does anybody have any recommendations for next year?

I cannot help you find a place, but maybe a suggestion. We had a Jewish friend who would host a formal passover dinner each year primarily for his Christian friends. He and a couple of his family members went through the dinner in Yiddish and then translated and explained each step and the reason for it. We learned a lot and appreciated his inviting us a great deal. It was also a lot of fun (you end up really really drunk if you drink your glass of wine each time you are supposed to instead of just taking a sip). Anyway, if you have Christian friends, maybe you can host your own passover dinner and walk them through it and explain it. They will probably appreciate it a great deal. All of our friend's guests did.

Christian friends ? Hell my wife, kids and grandkids are all Catholic.

They're still pissed about what we're celebrating this Sunday.

P.S. The service you sat thru was probably in Hebrew not Yiddish, unless they we're really oldtimers.

I guess I learned not as much as I thought I did. Or at least I rememebered not as much as I hoped.
