Hey folks, Saw this amazing huge master bedroom in a 4plex apt near Adams & Alabama. I guess it is about a mile from downtown and about a mile from the beach. I was surprised how cheap it was. How would you describe the safety of this area? I have pretty much always lived in suburbs, so that's what I'm used to. Is this somewhere that I would need to worry about walking around to/from downtown at night?

Dinsdale, what do you mean by crazy? I was told there's never any issue getting a parking spot between the street the unit is on, Huntington, and Alabama.

Safe but noisy. Lot of party animals. Crazy on July 4th.
