I'm making about $80K a year plus ~13% bonus. I'd like to stay around $1800 to $2000 max for rent.

Ideally access or close proximity to:

Beach (not a dealbreaker), Trails, Yoga, SuPs, Beachbody Freak (Bit of a Health Nut)
Groceries (Farmer's Markets, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Costco, Whole Foods, etc.)
Healthy Nightlife (Awesome Dining, Wine bars, Lounges)

Thanks for the suggestions on neighborhoods and areas to look into.

Its in Santa Fe Springs. Up the 605. I've looked at South Bay and Marina Del Rey and those areas. I think I may like the commuting from here.

Some apartment complex near Brookhurst/Hamilton about half mile to beach, next to Trader Joe's, 2 blocks south(adams/Brookhurst) Sprout
Costco is near Fry's is about 5 miles away
Some trails near Santa Ana river and beach(one can bike all the way to Corona)
Long drive to Santa Fe Sp.

It's been really hard finding an area where I can drive from to work in that city that has a great social life, health options, grocery stores, etc. I'm open to suggestions

When I worked in Cerritos, years back, right off 605 I lived by Seal Beach. Staying north/west of intersecting 405/73/55 saves a lot of time and hassle.
