What's the big deal regarding renting to pet owners? I have rented in Philly and currently own my home and have had no issues. Can someone explain this to me?

Lots of pet owners don't care. Having animals myself, they can be destructive if not trained. I have seen what animals can and have done to properties. It is now my personal policy of no pets. There are plenty of places that will rent to pet owners. Just not me. As my places become available pets are not going to be allowed.

You can come but the pit bull is not welcome. Fido would fit in better in Santa Ana where he will be needed to protect you.

Relocating may not be that easier for you that too with pets. That is why through surfing you can easily find out best place where allowance of pets are made without much problem.

Irvine is huge (spread out) I work in Irvine (airport area) and live near on the beach in HB.
It takes me 20 minute to get in, 45 minutes to get home.
It would be another twenty minutes in I worked near the spectrum area.

Renting with Pets will be a problem no matter where you go. Pitbulls will only add to the difficulty. Huntington Beach is probably your best bet if you want to live in someplace other than our ghetto communities.
