I have checked on Temple city in L.A county, Mission Viejo and Aliso Viejo, they all look great.
Which city that can offer many kids programs such as music, art, sports ...; good Asian Church program for adults and kids; and senior actives?
I know these question maybe hard to be answered, but I hope somebody might has some advises that can share with me!

I live in Aliso Viejo, so I will add what I know about this city. There are tons of activities here for kids, but I honestly don't think there is much, if anything, here specifically geared towards seniors. The closest senior center is probably in nearby Laguna Niguel:
the City of Laguna Niguel Website! - Sea Country Senior & Community Center

Likewise, I doubt that you will find any Asian churches in AV. Irvine, with its large (possibly now majority?) Asian population might be your best bet.

I live in Irvine...it's really quiet, safe, but painfully and horrifically overpriced. You'll be paying some of the most expensive housing prices in America for the same type of living conditions that generally belong to the lower priced areas of the rest of the country. Anyplace else in the world Irvine would just be another blip on the map suburb, but for some odd reason people here seem to think it's so special and worth all this money.

Sure the houses are nothing but boxes and are of the sort that are readily found in ho hum or even undesirable parts of the country. However, you missed the point about Irvine: organized, clean, beach close, shopping, high paying jobs (which you seem to enjoy having), low crime rate, access to America's second largest city, amazing weather, good schools, etc. In a word, Irvine has location and amenities. When a suburb like, say, Boise, gets these same amenities, please get back to us.

It's the most overpriced place in America and you know it. Not saying it isn't great to have all those amenities, but price-wise it's just disgusting. And there are suburbs of New York that provide all you listed, except with access to America's FIRST largest city.

Also Irvine is about 40 miles from LA, I'm not sure its "access" to that town is really a selling point.

Yes Irvine's proximity to LA is a big deal, whether some of the residents of Irvine perceive it as such or not.

LA, the world class destination, has:

LAX (a real airport that we need to fly internationally)
Entertainment/shows
Museums/art exhibits
Restaurants/clubs/bars
Mountain access
and more...

People in Irvine, working around traffic, can avail themselves of the above things. Many do, even if you do not.

And I almost forgot, Irvine has relatively easy access to San Diego too. Again, how many such places with cheap housing have that too?

Mission viejo has a very active senior/veterans center. Not too many Asians here though. Irvine is only 15 min away if you need an Asian church.
