Where are the ones you're looking at in Garden Grove? That city goes block by block sometimes.

I don't know anything firsthand, but the apartment gets very good reviews online. This is exceedingly rare, especially in this area of Orange County. It's in one of the areas where one block will be sketchy, but the next block will be fine. According to the reviews it's across the street from a bad complex, but it is a good one. I work right by there.

Does anyone know the area of La Veta Ave/Cambridge St? It is about 1 mile from the circle in orange. Im looking to purchase a home there. Is it a good area? Safe?

I used to live not far from there and went through that area on my morning walks. It is ok. Nothing special. Proximity to Hart park is nice. It is a longish walk to the Circle, but not bad. The houses in that area are mostly bland. Old enough to be out of date, but not old enough to be quaint. Cambridge gets a lot of traffic.

That neighborhood on the East side of Cambridge does nto ahve a lot of trees.

I think you would be in the Palmyra Elementary school there. It was a reasonably decent school.

This would nto be my top choice for an area of Orange to live in, but it is nto a terrible choice either. I would prefer to be in one of the more historic areas.

Did that used to be Aspen villiage or something related to the Aspens? That is a a nice complex.
