For some reason there is a lot of homeless next to the dog park on Lag cyn rd. Not sure if there's a soup kitchen close by???

Maybe. There are a lot of homeless with dogs too, and they cannot frequent shelters because pets are not allowed.

No they hang out in the utility company next door. I never see them in the park

Good lord where were they going to the bathroom before? Maybe the library I heard it was overrun with homeless

I have friends who have to go to the Civic Center. It is disgusting. These people are turning everything into Kolkata, India. And just like in India, people relieve themselves EVERYWHERE.

Add portable toilets was a freaking stupid idea.........you make them comfortable more show up......why do you think so many come to CA.......best social welfare benefits next to NY/VT

I was in Austin, TEXAS over the weekend. Significantly more homeless people there wandering around than anywhere I've been to in OC.
