Well, In the next 2 or 3 months my fiance and I will be moving to the Orange County area.

We've visited about a half dozen times, only for about 2 or 3 days at a time, and love the area.
Some of the cities we are most interested in is: Aliso Viejo, Laguna beach/woods/hills/niguel, Irvine, Newport beach/coast. Or something in the same general area with the same feel/vibe.

We aren't really looking for the traditional apartment complex feeling. We are looking for more of a townhouse/condo community.

What we need: 2+ bedroom, and 1.5+ Bath, Attached 1 or 2 car garage, and a family friendly/oriented community. We are also looking to spend from 1600-2200 a month if possible.

Not sure if any of you have heard of Camden Park, But something like that would be perfect!

I also linked a couple communities, or possible townhomes to look at that I found on craigslist. Its just tough searching online because you can't see what the community, neighborhoods, local shopping or anything looks like. I plan on taking the trip over and checking out a narrowed down list when we get closer to the move, I just can't right now.

Heres kind of what I'm looking for

Laguna Niguel Townhome (broken link)
Two Story Townhome!! New Remodeled Apartment Home!! (http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/apa/599647218.html - broken link)
Charming Townhome close to Salt Creek Beach (broken link)
Laguna Niguel Condo Minutes from the Beach! (broken link)
Beautiful Condo with View (broken link)
& Loft Model Perfect Townhome w/ View (broken link)
2-bedroom view property!!!! (broken link)

Can anyone give some input/advice??? Anyone have experience on communities similar or the area and guide me in specific community names that I can research a little online???

Thanks for your time.

Where will you be working? Is work commute a factor? That could change where to look.

Commute isn't going to be a factor. Be going to the Long beach area about 3 times a week. And the Fiance will be transfering to a location near where we move. Right now i'm driving an hour each way for work, so I'm kinda used to the traffic lol.

I personally think the third link you posted is the best. It is in the Beacon Hill development which is cape cod style and really charming and attractive. The neighborhood is clean and just a short bike ride or fifteen minute walk down the trail to Salt Creek Beach. It is a very beautiful area down there is coastal Laguna Niguel and the place looks nice!
