I think it’s in the works. They are discussing it. All schools might be open soon for in class instruction.

Yes, I went shopping today, at three different stores, and they were busy. I think parents are out shopping for their kids.

Teachers in two Orange County school districts have banded together with bold public protests and petitions, saying they are unwilling to go back to campus in the days and weeks ahead and signaling an undercurrent of broad concern among educators over the safety of returning to in-person instruction.

In the Newport-Mesa Unified School District — scheduled to open for students in second grade and younger next week— 75% of teachers said in a recent survey they were not satisfied with their district’s safety plan and felt the district was rushing its reopening. They showed their discontent during a noisy caravan protest and rally.

Thanks to entering the Orange zone, our swimming pools now will no longer have guards, less costly to operate them too. A win win.

The number of COVID-19 infections in Orange County may be nearly eight times higher than previously thought, a new antibody study suggests.

Although the screening, a collaborative effort between UC Irvine and the O.C. Health Care Agency, demonstrates that the coronavirus may be far more widespread — though less deadly — than official numbers indicate, researchers said more work is needed to understand the level of protection that antibodies provide and how best to address disparities in how the virus affects different populations.

A restaurant owner I know said OC will be back to Purple next Wed. If you need a pedi or want to eat inside better do it fast. I wonder though how many people and businesses will comply with a back step like this when Ca’s ruler is defying his own orders and partying in Napa, sending his kids to private school, and keeping his winery open
