Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can address my question...

Generally speaking, when a property listing states that the HOA includes "water", does that usually include water utilization by the individual unit? Or is it just referring to water used by common areas, such as sprinklers, for example.

I'm mostly interested in how this applies to HOAs in south OC.

Thank you!

It really depends, in lots of condo developments the units do not have individual water meters so the HOA includes the water for the individual unit as well.
