Unemployment/$600 a Week (company, working, penalty)

Hello All,
I filed for UE begging of April. I am still working , but part time due to covid hours cut. The last 2 weeks, I worked 20 one week, and 0 the last week. I filed my benifits claim online. It came back Penalty false statements. I don't understand, I thought I'd get one week of my regular claim, and possibly the extra $600. I have emailed Ask EDD 3 times in the last 2 weeks asking to clarify why False statement??
I think it has to do with a previous claim filed 2018 - Feb of 2019. Old employer disagreed with reason for no longer working there. They said, I quit, but it was mutual that it wasn't a good fit. I am trying to go back and see online if there is a letter EDD sent explaining how long my penalty will be and falsified statements? Not that I did, just never appealed.
If I only could get a hold of EDD to ask.. Can anyone help me with this, the next 2 - 3 weeks I have 0 hours. It is unknown what the near future brings to my company, I could be totally laid off lack of work, due to covid.
