Moving for work and I know nothing about CA. Any info about , dare I say "decent" housing would help. Is everything 1600$ and up?

I'm coming from AZ and I'm not used to that kinda price. Any suggestions on surrounding areas would be very helpful. Thanks!!

Corona is in Riverside county and yes, prices there are generally less than in Orange County. Why not try posting in the San Bernardino & Riverside subforum?

If you're planning on working in OC though, I would definitely recommend spending the extra money to be in OC. What you'll pay on the toll road, wear and tear on your vehicle from 2 hours+ of traffic every day, and all the stress that goes along with that horrid commute will easily be worth the extra couple of hundred rent, if even that much.

Dead stopped , maybe slow ahead on a freeway that is a parking lot.....every day.

Not for us....we would pay the extra bucks and live in OC, and much closer to employment.
