I think the world would be better off with no OC, hands down! I'm not talking about the physical place itself as that is undoubtedly gorgeous. I'm only refering to its inhabitants.

Fact:

Orange County, CA was the original focal point from where the whole concept of lending money to deadbeats thru fraud and manipulation was nurtured & then spread out like Ebola fever until it contaminated the entire rest of the nation and even abroad. Some of the largest and most active fraudsters ..er.. I mean mortgage lenders where based here.

Orange County CA is home to a lot of people currently employed as civilians working in military related fields such as weapons design & manufacturing industry as well as biological warfare research. In other words sickos who make a living off murdering people they'll never personally meet and just in time to get home by 5 and take the kids to ChucknCheese too!

Orange County CA is home to a burgeoning pornographic industry, and many teens are prostituting themselves selling their coochies for Gucci in the local malls in order to buy stuff. Habits learned from watching mom perhaps.

Orange County CA is home to a lot of people otherwise known as 'airheads' who are for the most part totally incapable of critical thinking and that prefer to live in self-made little bubbles of superficiality and materialistic greed. These people lack a real personality so they're constantly ocuppied buying or leasing personalities to represent them thru flashy vehicles, designer clothing, spinning rims, huge breasts and any other gimmick they can find.

Orange County CA is the birthplace of Richard Milhaus Nixon. Or as I like to call him, 'the criminal douchebag who had to resign quickly before he was impeached'. Hiroshima was erased from the map for much less.

Orange County CA was the regional headquarters for the Klu KLux Klan right up to the 30's, they were based in Anaheim.

Orange County CA is a cultural cul-de-sac. There is no true ethnic diversity as the only major races present are Asian, Mexican and White American.

Well being from OC I have to say lots of that is true. But at the same time if you dont like it get out. I said that cause I did. There is good and bad from any area any state. I left cause I wanted to live better for our one income, after having kids and a better area to raise them. From the neighborhood to the schools and such. Evey place is different and Ill tell you 3 years ago Id never thoght Id be in CO. Not everyone has a open mind.

These posts almost reads like the legendary "Sal Monella" wrote it.

Actually, many of those "sickos" are working on DOD, NASA, satellites, and aircraft projects. Many of the DOD projects are defense oriented such as missile systems (hitting a bullet with a bullet) that destroy incoming nukes from North Korea or Iran. Seems like a pretty good idea to me. Also, many of those projects are high tech Army projects (Future Combat Systems comes to mind) which develop unmanned air and ground vehicles to save soldiers' lives.

You watch DirecTV? You can thank those "sickos" who are working on launch vehicle and satellite projects in Orange County and El Segundo.

Know who put Neil Armstrong on the Moon? The "sickos" in Huntington Beach (amongst other places).
