Well with $1,000 you have limted yourself to a one bedroom home but There is no homes or appartments in Seal Beach, But there is one in Sunset a 1 bdroom for 1,300 a month, there is 3 results in Huntington Beach, Even Inland in places like Westminister you cant get a 2 bedroom,you cant get anything anywhere im sorry,best of luck!, EJ from Ladera

Like what cabolissa and Moose Whisperer said wanting to get out or left, I have wanted out and did leave OC.

If you have money saved and a job in line maybe, but I still think its not a good move.
