Does anyone have any ideas for an entry level night job? It'd be better if it was somewhere in lake forest or mission viejo, as that's where I'm going to try and get my apartment. I'm gona work 2 jobs just so I can live closer to my friend and let my friend come over/live at my place all the time [= , so therefore i'm looking in the lake forest/mission viejo area.

I currently work 40 hrs a week (5 days a week) at full time job, but I needed another job 2-3 times a week (3 being the max) so I can raise my income level and get my own apartment.

I'd much rather work a graveyard shift AFTER my regular day job and still have 2 days off per week vs working 7 days a week. So I think I'm try a grave-yard shift somewhere..... but where?

Any ideas? All I need to do is bring my income level up an extra $400 to $600 a month, so even working a min wage job 2-3 graveyard shifts a week would be enough.

I was thinking Mcdonalds graveyardshift as that should be easy to get into overall. (and I already have fastfood experience). But I'm pretty sure the pay is still $7.50 an hour even during graveyard, am I right? Or is it higher like $8 something? I'm also not sure how busy mcdonalds gets during the graveyard shift either, it'd kinda suck if it was really busy when you're already pretty tired. I know during the day it's really busy, but at 2 am in the morning?

How about places like walmart, target, k-mart, etc? Do they have graveyard shifts that pay more? Or do they close shortly after business hours and don't even have graveyard shifts available?

What other places are open 24/7?

Hospitals never close, have you looked at all the hospitals and medical centers in the area?

Costco has great benefits and they take good care of their employees. Hence, the slow turn around.

Craigslist.com is a good place to look for ads.

yup 10$/hr. I am going to transfer to that section after I finish my spring semester in college. I hate working in attractions with their sporadic scheduling demands (I have different hours every day).

Thumbs up That's what an entry-level job is all about!

In-N-Out Burgers tends to hire "quality" people to work for them, which justifies their paying a higher starting wage than the competition. Also, it's my understanding that they treat their people well, and these same crew members can rise through the ranks into management. Their food isn't bad either!

I would quickly gain weight if I worked for In-N-Out! I love their food...yummmm.

I have some relatives that work for them, and they love the company- they worked their way up to management fairly quickly.
