Market in IE might NEVER go back up to 2006 levels. If you`re buying a house in Corona now it should be for other reasons other than making money on it. The mirage of a biger, cheaper house in Corona usually fades off after aggravation of commuting to work settles in. If you buy in Corona and you work in Corona that would be a different story!

I am a teacher and would eventually like to become an administrator. I will probably make the move at some point to a more local district. Not a possibility now because of the teacher job market. My husband works from home so there will only be one of us commuting - hopefully the metrolink will work out nicely.
