Did you wonder over to the economic distribution maps for Portland on that linked site from Karlsch?
Such an eye-popper; over 50% of the households up on Portland's (s)Nob hill have income under $30K. I would not have guessed that. Not with all the BMW and other very high end cars on NW 23rd street.
