If your home has a woodburner & you have firewood, the utilities bill will be less.

I've been spoiled my present home is a ICF house and my utililies have been low. When I move to Oregon I want to downsize into a smaller house. I will keep that in mind about a woodburner

lesharona, there are two basically different factors here: consumption and rates.

ICF allows really low consumption compared to poorly insulated frame homes on crawl spaces...
