If your going north on I-5 close to Azalea, stop by for some deelicious food at Heaven On Earth. The chicken fried steak is YUMMY.

Okay, I don't know what we are more excited about: the scenery or the food!!!
My stomach is growling.
Now we are starting to revamp our itinerary thanks to all your thoughtful suggestions.

Hopefully you are not Bigfoot fanatics. Because what is probably the only Bigfoot trap in the world would not be too far off your route to Crater Lake.

It's about an hour south of Grants Pass, east of Medford, down a trail next to Applegate Lake.
