I am relocating to Klamath Falls during the week of April 22, 2012. I have seen a few property management companies that have properties for rent. Does anyone have any recommendations or "inside information" on which company I should use and/or avoid?

Also, I have a 75-lb American Staffordshire Terrier. I know this will result in me having a very difficult time renting a property, but any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Stewart property management is more "high-end"...I have not heard anything good about most of the others...you may be better off looking on your own (ie: Craigs list, The Nickel ect.)...best of luck

Thanks for the tip. The photos of their properties do look great.

Default Looking too...

I am looking, as well. However, I havent decided 100% if I am going to make the move. Anyways, I am in need of a home with a big yard, and 3-5 bedrooms, ideally 4 or 5. If anyone know where to send me, that would be great. I have thoroughly checked craigslist and the nickel.

We're actually moving from K-falls up north towards Wilsonville. I don't have any positive recommendations for housing companies, but I can tell you to avoid 1st Choice Property Management. Horrid at repairs, badly inflated prices, etc.
If you're willing to rent from a private individual, any listings from Nels Brehdal are great. We've been with him for a little over a year, and his property manager is awesome.

I can believe that because when I sent 1st Choice Property Management an e-mail asking for information, I received no response.
