I believe Washington is also vote by mail.

I think ballots went out Monday, and the extra volume could mean they will be arriving late. Give it a week before getting upset. As others have mentioned, you can always get a replacement ballot.

I just barely received my ballot, so they barely have been shipped out. They probably get mailed over several days.

Keep on top of it. You can get a substitute ballot if yours doesn't arrive.

A change of address at the post office won't get you your ballot, because it takes multiple weeks for mail to be forwarded. Also, when you move, it might change your district for local issues. I am not sure the post office will even forward a ballot. But if you did a change of address at the registrars office, you should be OK.

I registered on the last day possible. (October 16) and received my ballot a few days later. Three days later my decisions were marked and placed in the local ballot box. Easy!
