Because the original poster may be posting for his own gain, I thought I would post the links as topical and relevant to relocation and Portland/Multnomah County area demographics. I have no dog in this kennel.

Aw, no one is smiling in their photograph, except for one guy on page 3, row 4, second from the left in blue. He doesn't look too disappointed to be having his photo snapped.

I was doing the same for a potential employee and found that he'd been convicted a few years ago on arson charges.

It's sort of fun to look at each photo and try to guess what they're in for...some surprises too.

Also, if you just pick a name from those mugshots and Google them you'll find how many times some of those folks have already been arrested and shown on Multnomah County Mugshots. One woman on the first page looks like she just had her third DUII in under two years.

Ah, the revolving door of Multnomah County justice...

Not just Multnomah County, every where is that way. I found an article a while ago where fifteen people were arrested at a Meth Lab. All of them had previous arrests. Only two were kept in jail, the rest were on the streets the next day.

I'm not sure what the answer is, I just know we're doing it wrong right now.
