LOL, I wouldn't go out and sit on those old dirty jetty rocks unless one can jump up and run fast from some of those crashing waves. If the wind bothers her, I'd suggest she visit Shore Acres Park and view the ocean from the gazebo.

Maybe I should have made it clear I was referring to the Marina Entrance Jetty.

Thank you everyone--I'll let them know that fall is beautiful. Maybe I can convince them to ride back with me with the two kids...hehehehe. I'm evil. Hopefully by then, I will have scouted out some nice beaches. My parents aren't even 60, much less senior, so we will have some more options.

Yes you do have to wear a jacket but there is nothing better then to wake up and see the morning fog it is beautiful, I have been there at all different times of the year, it is colder then Cali but if you love beaning in the most beautiful place then Oregon Coast is the place.It is hard to find a place to live I have found but if you can find a place and set up time to go see it that would be my advance.
