I can't answer your question, but do be aware it's spelled, "Gresham."

It has the highest crime rate in the entire city of Gresham. It is included in the nearby Rockwood area, which has a very high rate of crime, drugs, property crime, and other deviant behaviors. I can't really sugar coat it, but bus stops will be filled with undesirables and you will be hearing sirens from these guys more often then not.

I loved Rockwood when I lived there, but it is not the same Rockwood today.
