These are just estimates, of course, but Oregon's estimates in the later 2000's were fairly close to the mark on the 2010 Census, so I'd consider them better than for certain other states.

The full tables are here:

Press Kit: City and Town Population Estimates - News Conferences - Newsroom - U.S. Census Bureau

For Oregon, indicating raw and percentage change since 2010:

Portland: +19,328 (583,778 to 603,106). +3.3%
Gresham: +3,362 (105,594 to 108,956). +3.2%
Hillsboro: +3,222 (92,105 to 95,327). +3.5%
Beaverton: +2,923 (89,757 to 92,680). +3.3%
Salem: +2,779 (154,650 to 157,429). +1.8%
Bend: +2,470 (76,639 to 79,109). +3.2%
Eugene: +1,644 (156,342 to 157,986). +1.1%
Medford: +1,555 (74,907 to 76,462). +2.1%
Albany: +1,164 (50,158 to 51,322). +2.3%
Corvallis: +537 (54,461 to 54,998). +1.0%
Springfield: +495 (59,374 to 59,869). +0.8%

On the Washington side of the river:

Pasco: +5,617 (59,781 to 65,398). +9.4%
Vancouver: +3,641 (161,848 to 165,489) . +2.2%
Richland: +3,331 (48,109 to 51,440). +6.9%
Kennewick: +2,054 (73,917 to 75,971). +2.8%

And for the Idaho border:

Boise: +6,204 (206,099 to 212,303). +3.0
Meridian: +5,286 (75,100 to 80,386). +7.0%
Nampa: +2,205 (81,725 to 83,930). +2.7%

...and California:

Redding: +894 (89,861 to 90,755). +1.0%

Portland and its major suburbs by themselves now have over a million people, and Washington's Tri-Cities continue to grow explosively.

Meridian is a Boise suburb, and the Boise area is growing quickly in general, so that's a big part of it. Land and homes are not as pricey in much of Meridian as they are closer to the core of the city. Houses with "a view" out over the Treasure Valley are jumping in price, while almost all of Meridian is relentlessly flat, making it more affordable.

The Tri-Cities have been on a growth spurt for a while, since at least the early 1990's. There's a combination of factors, but the low prices for new homes help a lot. There is job growth in various industries (not just from Hanford), and I get the sense that it's popular with people from the Seattle area who want more land at a lower price, but don't want to deal with the crime/reputational issues of places like Spokane or Yakima. It's also within 3.5 hours' drive of both downtown Seattle and Portland, 2 hours to Spokane, and 4.5 to Boise, depending on traffic.

It reminds me a lot of those new developments that were springing up on the fringes of the LA area during the 2000's real estate boom. I don't mean that as an insult; even the landscape is kind of the same. It's a new place with new facilities and smooth roads that aren't too clogged up yet.

That being said, its entire population is basically a rounding error compared to the Seattle-Tacoma behemoth.
