We are searching for information on both Oregon and Washington State. Pros, cons-Particular information would be schools from elementary- college, affordabilty for middle income family, kind of cosmopolitian feel, diversity, good access to healthcare, transportation info- bus, train close proximity to airports, shopping conveniences, tax breaks and any other important information that you would like to share. Sounds like Salem or Portland might suit you and your family. They have all that you listed. Not sure about the tax break one, other than there is no sales tax, car registration is $55 no matter if it is a pinto or a Ferrrari.
