Not really a festival, but a smaller, less hard core and shorter "Sturgis" with amusement rides on the water. The typical male was grey haired, bearded, with a gut, and riding a black Harley. The women matched the men. Very unappealing sights.

If your interested in attending a motorcycle rally I would suggest you check out the Hells Canyon Motorcycle Rally held in Baker City. Yes, you also have the gray haired Harley rider but also a lot of other riders as well. It's held the second weekend in July.
