As the title states, I am an incoming OSU grad student looking or an apt.
I am moving all the way from NY so I won't be able to look at apts in person unfortunately.

I am looking to move in late August/early September, would prefer furnished but understand that will be harder to find, and as I am a grad student I clearly cannot afford anything super lavish or expensive.

I was looking at the Gem but almost all the reviews I saw online were bad - any thoughts on this from people who have lived their/know anything about it?

Help!

Are you a member of a fraternity or sorority with a presence at OSU? If so I suggest you contact the chapter President and ask for suggestions.

Both the OSU Barometer and the Corvallis Gazette-Times are online.

Housing resources, Graduate School, Oregon State University

At least getting on the waitlist for graduate housing is worth considering.
