I am wondering if there is any place in Oregon where I could buy a piece of land and live on it with an RV I intend to bring an electricity sewer and water and create a hook up like an RV Park. So my question is: is there anywhere in Oregon I can do this and live full-time

Why not just live in an rv park? Plenty in oregon. Oregon is full up on people living on land with no intention to build. Larry Caldwell can fill you in so maybe pm him if he doesnt jump in with the facts. Sorry, op, maybe another state?

No. You can only live in your RV while you build a home, legally anyway. I'm sure there are places that are remote that no one cares though.

You can always buy a mobile home or stay on designated camping sites but you might have to move from place to place for the latter option. Or you can be a homeless in Portland and get a free pass.

If you want to buy more than one piece of land and move around, you could do it. Crooked River Ranch will allow you to live in an RV, but not full time. My memory says 6 months out of the year, but I am not certain and I am not going to look it up for you. Call the Association and ask them about CCR's. You must have a permitted and inspected septic system.

There are several people with a nice set-up, septic, electric, covered patio, all weather driveway, etc, who pull their RV over for the summer and stay for the summer, then take the RV and leave. You would not get away with full time, though. There are some old mobile homes for sale, pretty reasonable cost, and those are legal to live in full time.

If cheap is what is important, you can buy an old mobile home in Christmas Valley for cheap and live in that. There is a good reason for property to be cheap out there, though. I don't think you could get away with living in an RV full time, even in Christmas Valley.

It varies from county to county. Most counties will allow 3 month camping on rural property. If cheap living is your motive, you can buy a used mobile home and have it set up on your property cheaper than you can buy a decent RV. It's how my wife and I started out married life just outside of Salem. All we could afford was 5 acres with an uninhabitable house, so I bought a used single wide for $2900, including delivery and setup. Then I gutted the house and went to work. It was great to be able to just close the door on the construction site and walk 50 feet to go to bed. I lived in a remodel project once, and it's not a good idea.

To answer your original question, no, I don't think there is any place in Oregon where it is legal to camp on land long term. You may get away with in in very rural areas.
