I have a small travel trailer and the fridge stopped working in the Propane mode (it works fine when plugged into shore power). I tried to repair it myself with no luck. I don't want to gamble with just any RV repair location because the hourly rate is very high and I fear it might cost me a lot and then not have success with the repair. Anyway, if you know of a business that has a tech that's real good with RV refrigerators I'd love to know it. I would also be willing to take it to Roseburg or Klamath Falls.

If this request is violating any rules of the forum perhaps you could contact me back-channel.

Thanks very much,

RDW

I've always had good luck with River City RV in Grants Pass - on the other hand, I bought new there, so they are motivated to treat me fairly well. My problem with Triple A in Medford was more with the trailer manufacturer fighting me over what the warranty covered on the old trailer than the quality of the work.

I hope you have better luck than I did, with my 18-footer, I bought used. My problem was a resin-encased circuit board that controlled the fridge. I replaced it myself, at $120. Worked for a few weeks, then quit. Another $120 and it work again, only for a few weeks.
Then I discovered major water damage in the floor and walls. I repaired what I could, mainly the floor boards, then quickly sold it for just $1500.
