Hm wonder how my electric bill would compare. Right now my bill is usually ~$40/mo and supposedly Wa has the cheapest electric in the country according to this:

Possibly. But Salem & Eugene (the whole Willamette Valley) are more prone to air inversions than Oly. It's terrible for allergy sufferers in the summer as well.
