You really have to wonder what is wrong with people. Seriously. Stealing from the crews fighting the fires?

Too many weed shops in Oregon. These idiots had to either be stoned or nuts. How many lives and property could be lost because of their acts

Uh-Oh...

Another real winner.

Fire crews make headway on Gorge fires | The Columbian

Multnomah County Sheriff Mike Reese said deputies arrested a 23-year-old man on charges of theft by deception and a parole violation. Reese said Cody Cunningham tried to obtain clothing from a firefighting crew. Reese says he does not know Cunningham’s intentions, but “certainly they were not good.”

I think that those kind of "Winners" can be found just about anywhere.

Certainly not specific to Oregon or the PNW.

Could you please explain your negative fascination and your
strange fixation on the PNW?

Are you upset because you are stuck in a *place* like Prescott, or the Southwest in general, and are lashing out because secretly you really want to live here instead of there?

I really don't blame you if you are feeling like you are stuck in a hell hole.

Quite the opposite!

I served my time in the PNW & finally escaped.

The sheer stupidity that runs amok in that area is astounding. It is locked into a downward death spiral & is beyond salvage.

Could you please explain: "Disillusioned Former Portlander since 7-30-2012"

Apparently you are also aware that not all is rosy in the City of Roses.

It's unbelievable to think that the perfect weather calm Columbia and Snake Rivers cruises that MrsM and I took for our 50th anniversary the week before the eclipse is now a fire storm!

I just exchanged emails with the onboard river historian, and he said that the boats (all companies) are scrambling to change itineraries. (Plus, these are all small boats, less than 150 people. Think about the mega 3500 plus ships in Irma and Jose's way.)

Our hearts break for the residents in OR, WA, ID and other states that are on fire right now.

Too much bad news at one time

Sad! Sad! Sad!

You have got to be kidding... It's not the Cannabis users you should be worried about. If drug users are to be blamed for the thefts, it's much more likely to be meth users. Educate yourself.
