Our summer getaway for the past few years has been to head to the Southern Oregon coast for Independence Day week. We have stayed in several locations and seen fireworks shows from Crescent City to Coos Bay. But this year, my wife will be in a wheelchair and that limits us a bit. She does have a disabled placard, so hopefully parking wont be too challenging. But navigating a wheelchair in crowds can be difficult and definitely not on a beach. We will be staying up North Bank Chetco River Road and may just head to Crescent City as it is pretty quiet there with plenty of parking, but thought I'd check with locals for suggestions. Thanks!
