Hello all, I have spent my entire day reading all of the old forums of this neighborhood as My Boyfriend and I have purchased the 2.40 Acre lot in KFFE Unit #4 Lot 28 off of Sandpiper Drive. We have dove down the rabbit hole for everything we will need before acquiring building permits.

Hoping someone on Sandpiper will see this and reach out but also hoping for anyone in the neighborhood to reach out...

Was wondering what your perk test results were and if you were able to get a standard septic system or if you had to opt for an alternative system?

We will not be digging a well, We are opting for the under ground cisterns/above ground tanks.

Once we get our septic installed and acquire our building permits we plan to build a dwelling structure to stay in while building our small cabin.

We visited the property in March 2020 so it was still a little snow covered but we had a few days of sun and it cleared up and we were able to walk the property and absolutely love this area.

ANY and ALL advice would be greatly appreciated, If by chance you see this and we are going to be neighbors please reach out. We would love to hear from you.

Hello there. Do you have land near there still?

I am in the process of buying land in that subdivision. How has your experience been so far up there?
