I was wondering what Albany,Or is like? Are here many places to shop and dine? Also, are there many interracial couples living there?

I can't really say, but interracial couples aren't a big deal. A person with very black skin married to a fair skinned blond or red head might turn heads just because the number of blacks are few and the contrast extreme. Beyond that chances are no one will even notice.

Because of the Universities Corvallis and Eugene are more diverse. Both communities are near by.
