I see that crop circles are in the news again. If you are into that sort of thing, there are crop circles around Boardman that are so large they can best be appreciated from outer space! Check it out on Google Earth, at 48 degrees 54 minutes north, 119 degrees 35 minutes west.
The universal characteristic of these crop circles is substantial chemical residue of oxygen dihydride, which does not occur naturally in that area.
If you pan north, there are also some similar crop circles across the border in Washington.

Ayup. Used to be an Air Force bombing range. Now they use it for storing nerve gas. They are trying to incinerate it, but things keep blowing up in the incinerator. When the sirens go off, all you have to do is run a little faster than the wind, which can be a trick in the gorge...
OTOH, real estate prices are VERY reasonable.

Boardman Crop Circles
We have here are designs made in crops a sort of Boardman crop circle, minus the circle. One is a face, presumably of the beings that made the design in the field. The other is more interesting though.

I suppose it came from this farm in Boardman:· Threemile Canyon Farms is the largest contiguous center pivot irrigation farm in North America. Water and energy conservation is achieved through precision irrigation sprinkler packages, pipe modifications, sophisticated soil moisture measurement and a comprehensive monitoring system. Each crop circle has a one-half mile diameter.
