On our last visit to Bend, my wife and I found a very nice housing area in NE Bend called "The Village". It was a planned unit development (with Home Owners' Assoc., etc.) We are wondering if there is anything like that in Sisters, Redmond, or Prineville. Any information would be appreciated.

I know that Redmond has some. I believe Sisters and Prineville do. I work for a company that manages HOAs and we have a number in Central Oregon. However, I live in the Willamette Valley so I'm not up on all of them. If you'd like more info, send me an e-mail.

I'm sure there are. Contact a reputable local Realtor and I'm sure they can answer appropriate questions. I can refer a few if you wish, but there are many on line. Also check out the Central Oregon Board of Realtors web site.
