Hi. My partner and I are thinking of buying some land near Joseph, well, actually near Imnaha. I would like to know if anyone has any information on this area. We are curious as to why so much of the town is for sale and it seems as though most of the people there are moving out. Is there something we should know about?????

Housing prices have gone up which is probably why people are selling. Lots of people want to make money off the sale of their home.
