Firt and foremost I have lived in the Millenia West apts. for 3 years only a few problems but nothing big. When I lived in hunters creek, my neighbor below me was home invaded, beat up and robbed. My rent for that 2 bd was 1300 and no security gaurds on site. In the Millenia West apartments, NEVER robbed, or invaded. The point? It doesnt matter where you live crooks will be crooks. Whether someone breaking into your home or being over charged for an apartment that needs more then just a kitchen remodel. The outside looks bad the inside is peaceful. Abide by the rules and keep your stuff locked up and you shouldnt really have any problems other than normal tenant/lanlord issues. All the above exaggeration is just that. There is no one in the complex that is a known gang member so that "ganglands" was a unneccessary comment. Im in college for engineering, not a gang member soooooo. Good luck to those of you seeking. If you dont like the outter area of a developement, apartment or housing then dont move in because 9 times out of 10 the people on the outside can come in. That is unless security is strong.
