A storage facility that has electric hook ups and allows for work to be done within them on cars or various other things.

I have found things like I am looking for but they all seem to be in the Northwestern part of the city, is there anything like this in the Eastern part of the city???

Thanks

It's not really in the eastern part of the city but check out Lake Fairview Mini Storage which is owned by Personal Mini Storage across the street. They have lots of shop work going on in there. It's just west of Winter Park and from the east you can get there pretty easily by taking 408 to I4 to Princeton. If that location doesn't work for you there's got to be something on Forsyth Road.

I know of an old ass storage unit place in Kissimmee. The owner is like 80, and lives on the property. His sons have several units, and are always working on cars. I can't recall if there was electrical or not though? I was renting one of the smaller size units. Here's a map of where its at:

Google Maps

Its the darker roof top units. You can see on the north side of the property, several 1950s cars and trucks. Sorry I don't recall a name or number. I think my small storage unit(big enough for a camaro, and room to move around and wrench on it) was about $80 a month, which was also the cheapest I found around.
