Can anyone recommend communities in or near Lake Mary that offer 'newer' (10 yrs or less) homes? We might rent (price range $1400-$1800) or buy (price up to $300K) We definitely would like a house.

We like Heathrow, but prices seem out of our range for both rentals and purchases.

Thank you!

Hidden Cove and Banyan Point are 2 newer S/D's. They are also building some new S/D's on Lake Emma. Are schools an issue? There are some newer S/D's on Orange Blvd in Sanford that are very nice.

It is indeed possible to get some of these neighborhoods at that price point, some others are ruled out... Magnolia Plantation, Alaqua and so forth but there are some nice places you may like.
