Does anybody have any information about this complex?? Good neighborhood?Safe? Are the condos well built? What about any nearby, alternate complexes? Any help would be appreciated!!

It is not a good neighborhood and has quite a bit of crime.

I wouldn't carry the conversation further regarding construction quality given the neighborhood. If proximity to the airport is important look to the southeast around Lake Nona or the area around Lee Vista Blvd at the 417. Good luck!

Villa Del Sol has a Kissimmee address and is in fact not in Meadow Woods. Kissimmee does not score well for resale due to it's schools or general cache.
Carter Glen Condominiums is near Lake Nona which holds promise given all of the growth happening there. However according to the listing, they have a no pet law, which is suicide for resale value.
