I thought I would post this to hopefully see what answers I can hopefully get on here.
I have applied at Mears, Lynx, and Lake County School District. All for bus driving. It's what I do. My question is simple. Which of these 3 would be the best one to choose to work for? Does anyone here work for any of these or know anyone who does? They all seem to have their goods and bads.
I would really appreciate any input.

You will get much better benefits from Lake County or Lynx than Mears. You will have the best chance of being hired by Mears. With what I understand, the Lake County jobs are highly competitive and preference is given to current Lake County residents.
