Lake Mary. Do an advanced search at the top right and you'll get lots of responses.

Oviedo...lol... Our schools are beating your schools...

Actually, they are both decent. I like to tease Beckycat! I live in Oviedo and love it!

Now, if the sky is the limit, you can head over to Isleworth, where Tiger lives..er, well he used to live , and send the kids to the private schools there I am sure they are excellent!

Depends. My family likes the parks and we have annual pass to Disney, Universal, and Seaworld. We go a lot. For us, Dr. Phillips is good - close proximity to the parks, decent schools, and reasonable commute to work. Windermere is not as convenient. As bad as the traffic can be on I-4 around the downtown area, I couldn't imagine going to the parks a lot and having to deal with the sometimes horrific traffic around downtown.

I like the Wekiva Area in Longwood FL.

Lots of things to do and a little out of the way from most of Central Florida.

(Personally, I like the Old trees and the many trails.)

Great schools too!

It is very nice over there and I like the mature trees. I agree, the schools are good too.

Talking East of UCF area

Nobody knows we live here, yet we have all the amenities... extremely close to University of Central Florida, Waterford Lakes Shopping Center, etc. Take the backroads to all the theme parks (Mapquest and you'll learn how to entirely avoid I-4).
