I am moving from Miami to Kissimmee and I have found that the prices of apartments are so much cheaper than here in Miami. I pay 850 a month here for a one bedroom but I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom there for around the same. Are there any realtors out there in Kissimmee that can help me in my apartment search? I will only be in the apartment 3 days out of the week as my job is still in Miami but I want to reside in Kissimmee. My roommate will be moving with me and he will be in the apartment full time. Any recommendations for places to start looking? Really want to move after I secure an apartment.

If you are willing to do a 10-15 minute drive, Hunter's Creek is a nicer area a little north of kissimmee on John Young Parkway. There are lots of nice apt complexes there.

There's also a nice complex off of osceola parkway (pretty close to Kissimmee) called rapallo: Rapallo - Luxury Apartment Community

I checked out the ad for fun....never heard one called an 'elevator community'.

To the OP, make sure to visit the area before deciding on a move. It is hard to get a good oversight on a whole community, or complex, without looking all around. Most of the time, apartments are cheaper in certain areas for a reason.

Re: Bella Apartments - My parents visited this complex last time they were in town (back in late July) and we'll be visiting it in October when we go back. They said it was nice because although it was close to everything and mere minutes from Disney, it was off the beaten path (kind of tucked away and secluded). My dad said it was really nice with an outdoor pool bar with big flat screen tv's, stainless steel grills, hot tub, etc. and the apartments themselves (especially the three bedroom) looked great.

If we move down there, I definitely see us giving this place serious consideration. (Plus if it matters to you, we were told the elementary school this is zoned for (Westside K-8) was brand new (also told A-rated).
