Does anyone know why Heirloom Rose Pl in the Sanctuary subdivision has so many short sale/foreclosure on that street--is there a known issue with that part of the Sanctuary subdivision?

I doubt there is any issue...That is the largest, longest street in our subdivision. It runs the entire length of the Sanctuary. It's very very big, relative to the rest of the development. The rest of the roads are cul de sacs and very short loops , thus a lot fewer homes on each street.

Thanks--we are looking into buying houses in the Oviedo area and the Sanctuary seems really nice but there were so many on the market that we were concerned there was something wrong. Is it a nice safe neighborhood?

Yes, it's very nice...I live there My daughter (and lots of other kids) walk to school here. There are always folks walking, biking, jogging. There is a nice community center with a pool, playground, gym, basketball court and soccer field, oh and tennis courts.

The HOA keeps the place nice but is not overbearing. They have a couple nice events during the year. We have been here a year and are quite pleased. If you are looking to purchase, and would like our realtor's name, send me a private message, I would be happy to give you his name. We worked with him while we were out of state...he was quite helpful.
Also feel free to ask away any questions you have!

Default I agree

Hi, with Parrotrosies help and other here on these forums I moved to Sanctuary in July. I live near Heirloom Rose and I concur - there's nothing wrong with that block. I really love it here, and I moved from Long Island NY and just love going bicycling on the paths here. The school is great and I really think you have found our secret. This is a really wonderful place and I can recommend it highly.

Can any one tell me if the Sanctuary HOA objects to flying the American flag. Driving around the sub-division I do not see one house doing so.
Thank you.

Federal law prohibits real estate management organizations from restricting homeowners from displaying the U.S. flag on their property.
