I live in a town near Disney, Clermont. It is the opposite direction of the tourist stuff. I do not want to use a vacation rental company. Has anyone had good experience renting their house? I am looking to have it rented in the begining of next year.

There are a number of companies that can help you rent your property, location/condition/monthly rental rate/competition from other properties for rent are your concerns.

I have 3-4 out by 27 and 192 and I keep them rented but the rents are 15-20 percent lower the my houses in Orlando.
