Are any Dr. Phillips neighborhoods downturning? or are they all pretty much holding their own as far as crime, break-ins etc. etc.

Which are still better? How is Windhover?

Can't speak for all DP, but in general, it's a very nice area. Along apopka vineland are some very nice subdivisions. In particular, Vizcaya, Phillips Landings, Point Cypress and turtle creek are nice from what I've seen.

Location, Location

Dr Phillips is a nice area and one of the areas I suggest to out of area buyers relocating to Orlando.

Buyers like the location and the shopping/restaurants along Sand Lake, homes are priced to fit most budgets from older construction to newer.

Hope this helps,

I grew up in Dr. Phillips and am still there frequently to visit my parents and, from what I've noticed, it's actually getting MORE upper-class in the last few years.

agreed. All the new development on sand lake really makes me think of it as the newer, younger version of Winter Park.
